Adult COVID 19 Online Counselling Group

Empathetic, experienced, results-oriented counselling will be available via video-teleconference to help support clients during this difficult transition. My video platform is HIPAA/PIPEDA compliant to ensure the protection of privacy. This group will focus on coping strategies using behavioral activation, CBT, EFT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, using a psychoeducational video group format.
